You will love this mobility/self massage class! You’ll see much improvement and recovery from taking this class. I bring other mobility tools to really get into the fascia/connective tissue. This creates better movement, flexibility and range of motion.
Bring a foam roller 36″ long. You can purchase these on Amazon or find them at Walmart or Target. They cost about $35. Bring water. You’ll want to keep hydrating so your muscles move easier. Other things to bring if you have them: Yoga block and strap. We often do deep stretching. It’s good to have a block to prop you up.
