If you’re looking for a great workout? this is it! We listen to fun music while getting a great cardio and strength routine right in the water. Water weights provided but I always recommend you invest in your own. You’ll use them forever. Also bring a noodle. We do a lot of great exercises with the noodle. I prefer the thicker one (not the dollar store kind).
