The healthiest people who are constantly hitting their goals each week, are meal preppers! Let me teach you how to become one! We'll head into the kitchen together and whip up some foods in just an hours time! Think of this as a "Clean Eating Cooking Class". We'll sit down for a nice lunch together afterwards! 

Learning how to breathe, meditate, journal and self coach, are all skills that have taken me a long time to master. I'm going to teach you how I implement each of these habits into my daily life. 

You'll feel more joy and confidence as I teach you all about your brain and how to become the master of it (and not the other way around). It's time we write a NEW STORY of your past, present, and future.

Q. How much does the seminar cost? 

A. The earlybird price is only $47! Hurry and jump in today

Q. How long will the seminar last? 

A. 4.5 hrs. (or less)

Q. Can I bring my husband? 

A. No - this is a women's only seminar

Q. I bought a ticket and something has come up. Now I need a refund. Is this possible?

A. I am happy to issue a full refund if you need to cancel within 48 hrs of the seminar. But since food and supplies are bought for you, there are no refunds after this time frame. Sorry. 

Q. Will we be sitting a lot? 

A. It's half and half. We'll be moving around 1/2 the time but you can get up and move around as much as you need. 

Q. What will I need to bring? 

A. Not much at all, but here are some suggestions: Yoga mat, towel, 2 yoga blocks, water bottle, pen. 

Q. What will be provided for us? 

A. Lunch, notebooks, pen. The clubhouse has yoga mats if you do not have one. We will be doing some stretching, meditation, and journaling!
